Pasta and Bean Skillet

Wholesome chili pasta skillet that's quick and delicious for the whole family.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (2 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 cups Progresso™ red kidney beans (from 19-oz can), drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Bring all ingredients, excluding cheese, to a boil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet; then simmer.
  • Simmer uncovered for around 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is tender. Finish by sprinkling generously with cheese.
