Flavorful bean and meat chili with a fun twist of macaroni pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (15.5-oz.) can spicy chili beans, undrained
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can zesty chili-style chunky tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain the macaroni and return it to the saucepan. Cover to keep it warm.
  • In a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle up the ground beef until perfectly cooked for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often. Remember to drain the excess fat.
  • Lower the heat to medium. Add in the cooked macaroni, beans, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until it's bubbly, stirring often. Top it off with a sprinkle of cheese.
