Vibrant tri-color pasta salad with crisp bell peppers, juicy tomatoes, and a simple dressing, serving six.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound tri-colored spiral pasta
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
  • 6 tablespoons salad seasoning mix
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare your ingredients.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Combine the Italian dressing and salad spice mix until perfectly smooth. Toss the pasta, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives in a salad bowl.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad, then mix until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill salad in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
