Elevate store-bought meatballs with tangy tomato pesto and creamy feta for a simple gourmet meal.
Ingredients:
  • 420g Brand Beef Meatballs
  • 400g penne
  • 190g jar Brand Tomato Pesto
  • 125g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g baby rocket, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a spacious non-stick pan and sauté the meatballs on medium to medium-high heat for 10 minutes, frequently flipping, until perfectly browned and fully cooked.
  • While the pasta is cooking in a large pot of boiling salted water following the packet directions, drain it and return it to the pot. Combine with pesto and mix well. Serve with meatballs, topped with feta and rocket leaves.
