Try this tasty PB and J smoothie for a fun breakfast twist that will keep you and your kids satisfied until lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 26.40 gm raspberry jam
  • 41.60 gm peanut butter
  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 375ml milk
  • 140g yoghurt
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 100g strawberries, chopped
  • 50g raspberries
  • Raspberries, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Dollop the jam into the serving glasses, then swirl a bit of peanut butter along the rims.
  • In a blender, combine banana, milk, yogurt, oats, and half of the peanut butter. Blend until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into serving glasses. Add strawberry and raspberries to the remaining mixture in the blender, blend until smooth, and pour over the mixture in the glasses. Gently swirl with a straw and top with extra raspberries before serving.
