Kid-friendly pasta perfect for picnics.
Ingredients:
  • ½ a bunch of fresh basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 250 g fresh peas
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 100 g hard goat's cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 600 g dried pasta, in fun shapes
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
Instructions:
  • - Pluck basil leaves and peel garlic. Toast pine nuts in a pan until golden. Blend peas, spinach, basil, 1 clove of garlic, pine nuts, and 70g of goat’s cheese until thick. Add lemon juice, oil, and water for desired consistency. Cook pasta until al dente, then mix with pesto. Sauté garlic and breadcrumbs until golden. Fill jars with pesto pasta, top with breadcrumbs and goat’s cheese. Seal and enjoy your picnic!
