Incorporate this festive side dish into your family's holiday feast!
Ingredients:
  • 1.4kg lady christl potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 437.50 ml frozen peas
  • 100g creme fraiche (see note)
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in a large saucepan of water until tender, about 10 minutes. Throw in peas for the final 4 minutes. Drain well.
  • Return the potato and peas to the pan and mash them until they are almost smooth. Mix in the creme fraiche and parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and stir well to combine before serving.
