Indulge in a mouthwatering peach, berry, and rhubarb dump cake that's quick, easy, and irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar, divided
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • 1 cup chopped rhubarb
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, 1 cup of sugar, and baking powder until evenly combined. Whisk in milk until batter is smooth and clump-free.
  • In a medium pot over medium heat, mix blackberries, blueberries, peaches, rhubarb, remaining 1 cup of sugar, and lemon juice until sugar is evenly distributed. Then, increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
  • Transfer the fruit mixture from the stove to a 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour the batter over the fruit, followed by the melted butter, without mixing. Sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
