Whip up a delicious peach-berry pie with ripe peaches and tart raspberries for the ultimate fruity treat!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 (9 inch) pie crusts
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon coarse granulated sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Drain peaches and berries in a colander for 15 minutes to remove excess liquid, then combine them in a large bowl. Lightly mix in sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  • Line the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan with one pastry. Fill with fruit filling, add butter dots, and cover with the remaining pastry. Cut vents in the top, then sprinkle with coarse sugar.
  • Bake until the crust turns a beautiful golden brown, approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
