Delicious blueberry peach cobbler with canned peaches and frozen blueberries, topped with a simple, year-round summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups canned sliced peaches with juice
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) while you generously grease a 9-inch square glass baking dish.
  • Gently pour the peaches with their juices into the baking dish, then artfully sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl, mixing until well blended. Add butter and cut it in using 2 knives or a pastry blender until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the blueberries and peaches.
  • Bake until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown for 45 minutes to 1 hour in the preheated oven. Let it cool to allow the filling to thicken.
