Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds sliced frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup dried lavender flowers
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Blend ripe peaches with sugar until velvety. Fold in fragrant lavender blossoms and allow to infuse at room temperature for 2 hours. Mix in fresh lemon juice and water. Chill in the refrigerator until cold and refreshing, approximately 2 hours.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to freeze in a 6-quart ice cream maker.
