Peach and nectarine frosé iceblocks

Delightful peach and nectarine iceblocks with sparkling rosé, cherries, and mint. For a non-alcoholic twist, swap with fresh fruit juice. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 250ml rose petal
  • 1/2 yellow peach, stoned, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 white nectarine, stoned, thinly sliced
  • 50g cherries, halved, pitted
  • 125.00 ml mint leaves
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar with 1/3 cup (80ml) water until dissolved, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in the wine or fruit juice.
  • Distribute the peach, nectarine, cherry, and mint evenly among ten ⅓-cup (80ml) iceblock moulds. Pour the sugar mixture over the fruit. Insert iceblock sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
