Chill out with peach-mint iced tea granita.
Ingredients:
  • 1000.00 ml (1 litre) Fuze Juicy Peach Iced Tea
  • 2 peaches, stones removed
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 20g pkt freeze dried peaches
  • Small fresh mint leaves, optional
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend tea with fresh peach flesh and fragrant mint leaves until nearly smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a 4 x 20 x 30 cm rectangular tin and set in the freezer for 4-5 hours, or until firm.
  • Add dried peaches to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  • Fluff up the granita using a fork then spoon it into chilled serving glasses. Sprinkle peach powder on top and garnish with extra mint leaves before serving.
