Delicious peach recipe passed down from my mother. Can use fresh peaches for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
- 3 egg, beaten
- 1.75 cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, peaches, and pecans in a large bowl until well combined.
- Gently transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan, then bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes, or until perfectly cooked.
