Delicious peach recipe passed down from my mother. Can use fresh peaches for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 3 egg, beaten
  • 1.75 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, peaches, and pecans in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Gently transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan, then bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes, or until perfectly cooked.
