Ingredients:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sliced peaches, undrained
Instructions:
  • Place butter in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and let it melt in the preheated 350°F (175°C) oven.
  • Take the melted butter out of the oven and let it cool for around 5 minutes.
  • Combine flour, sugar, milk, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Carefully pour the batter into the center of the cooled melted butter without stirring. Next, add peaches and juice into the middle of the batter without stirring. Sprinkle cinnamon on top gradually.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-60 minutes until golden brown and bubbly, adjusting time based on ingredient moisture levels.
