Peach-Mango Sunrise Poke Cake

Peach-infused white cake topped with fresh fruit medley for a bright, moist dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ peach-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup each finely diced honeydew melon, mango, fresh pineapple or Clementine mandarin
Instructions:
  • Prepare and bake the cake mix according to the instructions on the box for a 13x9-inch pan, using water, oil, and eggs. Allow the cake to cool completely, approximately 1 hour.
  • Pierce the surface of the baked cake using a fork.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the gelatin into boiling water until fully dissolved. Mix in cold water and pour the mixture over the cake. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to allow the gelatin to set.
  • Top the cake with luscious whipped topping and a colorful assortment of fresh fruit before serving.
