Unique twist on classic chocolate peanut balls with crispy cornflakes for added texture.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups dry milk powder
  • 2 cups cornflakes cereal
  • 15 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or waxed paper.
  • Combine butter, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and powdered milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Mix in cornflakes. Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls with wet hands. Refrigerate covered overnight on a prepared cookie sheet.
  • The following day, gently melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over simmering water until velvety smooth, stirring occasionally. Take the bowl off the heat. Using a fork, coat the balls in the chocolate, then place them back on the lined cookie sheet. Chill until solid. For make-ahead convenience, store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
