Wholesome energy balls with oats, peanut butter, coconut, chocolate chips, and cranberries. Perfect for a boost before exercise.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 2.5 cups natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups dry unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 cup honey, melted
Instructions:
  • Mix together oats, peanut butter, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, cranberries, almond milk, and honey until well combined.
  • Shape mixture into delectable bite-sized balls and place them elegantly on a baking sheet. Chill until firm, for a minimum of 15 minutes.
