Indulgent peanut butter and oat brownies topped with luscious peanut butter and chocolate frosting - a delicious treat for any time of the day.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a jelly-roll pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, 3/4 cup peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in flour, oats, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt until combined. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared jelly-roll pan.
  • Once golden brown, bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then generously spread 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter on top.
