No-bake gluten-free delights with coconut, walnuts, and peanut butter - a heavenly fusion.
Ingredients:
  • 40g butter
  • 320g brown sugar
  • 85g desiccated coconut
  • 115g walnut
  • 180g peanut butter
  • Desiccated coconut, extra, to coat
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar, coconut, walnuts, and peanut butter until fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 2-teaspoon-sized balls and set them on a plate. Then, gently roll each ball in coconut to coat lightly. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.
