Indulge in a decadent fusion of creamy peanut butter, peanut butter cookie mix, and Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix for a heavenly peanut-chocolaty dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease a 13x9-inch pan.
  • Prepare the brownie batter in a medium bowl following the instructions on the box. Transfer 1 1/3 cups of the batter to a pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Keep the rest of the brownie batter for later.
  • Next, in a separate medium bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients to create the cookie dough.
  • Take the partially baked brownies out of the oven and allow them to cool for around 10 minutes.
  • Using a knife, make gentle cuts on the top of the partially baked brownies to create a more cohesive bond with the cookie layer. Spread the cookie dough over the brownies and cover with the remaining brownie batter.
  • Continue baking for an additional 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out nearly clean. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour before cutting into 6 rows by 4 rows.
