Indulge in rich and decadent Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes made easy with Betty's yellow cake mix. Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings and impressing your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Combine cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and 3/4 cup of peanut butter in a large bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then switch to medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with the batter.
  • Bake for 18 to 23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer the loaf from the pan to a cooling rack and let it cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Combine frosting and 1/4 cup peanut butter in a medium bowl. Frost cupcakes with the mixture, then garnish with peanuts and gently press them into the frosting.
