- 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 3.5 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by greasing it; then set it aside.
- In a double boiler, melt butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and butter over simmering water. Stir often, scraping the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent burning, until smooth and combined, for about 5 minutes. Take off the heat.
- Fold marshmallows, coconut, and walnuts into the luscious butterscotch mixture until perfectly blended.
- Transfer the mixture into the pan and refrigerate until firm for approximately 1 hour. Then, slice into 18 squares and store in the refrigerator.
