Sarah from Sarah's Cucina Bella creates a delicious peanut butter cookie mash-up.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). Follow package instructions to prepare and bake chocolate chunk cookies using 1/2 cup butter and 1 egg. Transfer cookies to cooling racks and let cool completely.
  • Prepare and bake the peanut butter cookies following the package instructions, incorporating oil, water, and the last egg. Transfer them from the cookie sheets to cooling racks and allow them to cool entirely.
  • Combine filling ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Spread the filling evenly over chocolate chunk cookies then place 1 peanut butter cookie on top of each, bottom side down, gently pressing together.
