Decadent chocolate crumb crust filled with creamy peanut butter, topped with grated chocolate or cookie crumbs for extra flair.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix together 1 1/4 cups cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup melted butter, then press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip cream until fluffy, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  • Spoon the delicious filling into the crust with care and decorate the pie with chocolate or cookie crumbs for extra flavor. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before enjoying.
