Indulgent peanut butter pie with a chocolate cookie crust. Creamy filling of peanut butter, cream cheese, and whipped topping. Chill overnight and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (20 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (16 ounce) jars crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.125 cup grated semisweet chocolate
Instructions:
  • Using a food processor, crush the cookies and combine them with the melted butter. Press the mixture into two pie pans and place in the freezer.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy. Blend in the peanut butter, then gently fold in the whipped topping. Divide the mixture evenly between two pie pans lined with cookie crusts.
  • Chill overnight in the freezer or refrigerator. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate before serving.
