Create a decadent layered Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart with rich fillings, luscious swirls, and a chocolate drizzle. Refrigerate for a heavenly dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 8 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • First, melt 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate until smooth and let it cool to room temperature. Next, beat the eggs, 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted chocolate, and confectioners' sugar for a solid 5 minutes until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  • Combine creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup of butter, and cream in a bowl, and beat together until smooth.
  • Fill the crust with a luscious chocolate mixture, then gently swirl in the irresistible peanut butter filling.
  • Drizzle the remaining 2 oz of melted chocolate over the pie, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
