Creamy homemade vanilla pudding blended with rich peanut butter, frozen into irresistible popsicles that both kids and adults will adore.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Heat milk in a saucepan until bubbles form. In a bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Slowly add 1/4 cup of hot milk to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Pour this mixture into the saucepan, stirring continuously until thickened, about 8 to 10 minutes. Off the heat, mix in vanilla extract and peanut butter.
  • Fill the pop molds with pudding, leaving a 1/4-inch space at the top for expansion. Cover the molds and freeze until solid, approximately 4 hours. To easily remove, briefly run under hot water to loosen, then twist and pull out the pudding pops.
