Make irresistible pumpkin-shaped candies with peanut butter chips, pretzel twists, and vanilla frosting for a spooky treat anytime!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange paste icing color (not liquid food color)
  • 12 small pretzel twists or thin pretzel sticks, broken into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions:
  • Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with waxed paper. In a 2-quart saucepan, melt peanut butter chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Take the saucepan off the heat, then mix in frosting and icing color until fully combined. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until it's cool enough to handle.
  • Form mixture into small 1 1/4-inch balls and gently squash them. Use a rubber spatula to add grooves to make them look like pumpkins. Insert 1 piece of pretzel into the top of each ball as a stem and place them on a cookie sheet. Chill for at least an hour before serving and store in a covered container in the fridge.
