Peanut Butter Sheet Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Indulge in the irresistible combo of peanut butter and chocolate with a decadent Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake, slathered in rich chocolate frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and generously coat a 13x9-inch pan with baking spray that includes flour.
  • Using a large bowl, mix all cake ingredients with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to medium speed for 2 minutes while occasionally scraping the sides of the bowl. Transfer the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Heat butter, cocoa, and milk in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Pour the frosting over the warm cake.
  • Allow the pan to cool completely on a rack for approximately 1 hour. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.
