Create delicious Peanut Butter Cookie Sundae Bites using Betty Crocker mix and fun mix-ins.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup candy-coated peanut butter pieces
  • 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, water, 3 tablespoons of oil, and the egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Gently mix in the peanut butter pieces.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to place dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten using a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake for 9 minutes until cookies are set. Press marshmallows on top and bake for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Let cool completely.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on Medium (50%) for 30 seconds. Stir well, then continue to microwave in 10-second intervals until completely melted. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and stir until the mixture is smooth. Drizzle the chocolate over the cookies.
