Peanut Butter Sundaes-in-a-Cup

Indulge in creamy peanut butter sundaes with whipped cream and a cherry topping – a frozen treat ready in just 45 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
  • 4 teaspoons chopped dry-roasted salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge topping
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream, if desired
  • 4 maraschino cherries, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy peanut butter, unsalted butter, and corn syrup in a small bowl until fully mixed.
  • For each of the four cups, layer 1/4 cup of ice cream, peanut butter mixture, and peanuts. Top it off with another 1/4 cup of ice cream, gently press down, cover with foil, and freeze for 30 minutes or until ready to enjoy.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of rich fudge topping into each cup. Finish by adding a dollop of fluffy whipped cream and a cherry on top.
