Quick and easy creamy peanut butter dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 65.00 gm whipped peanut butter
  • 30.00 ml granulated nuts (see note)
  • 1 litre vanilla ice-cream
  • 82.50 ml chocolate Ice Magic
  • 4 waffle ice-cream cones
Instructions:
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and chill in the freezer. Mix whipped peanut butter with 2 teaspoons of chopped nuts in a bowl. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into a plastic bag, cut off a corner.
  • Take out the baking tray from the freezer. Swiftly scoop out 1 ice cream ball using an ice cream scoop. Keep the ice cream ball in the scoop and press a wooden spoon into the ball to create a 2cm deep hole. Fill the hole with peanut butter using a piping bag until it is 3/4 full. Gently cover the filling with the ice cream to enclose it. Put the scoop on the tray, drizzle with Ice Magic, and sprinkle with some of the leftover granulated nuts. Place the tray back in the freezer.
  • Continue layering scoops of ice cream, peanut butter, Ice Magic, and nuts until you have 8 scoops in total. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes or until the Ice Magic has set.
  • Scoop 2 generous mounds of ice cream into each cone and enjoy right away.
