Award-winning 2010 recipe: A decadent cookie-candy bar fusion all in one irresistible treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup hot fudge topping
  • 1 cup Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy cream cheese frosting
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 bars (2.1 oz each) Butterfinger™ candy bars, unwrapped, finely crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray. Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Allow it to cool completely for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Pour the hot fudge topping over the cooled cookie base. Mix frosting and peanut butter in a large bowl until well combined. Gently fold in whipped topping and candy until fully blended. Spoon the mixture over the hot fudge layer and spread evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make bars. Store covered in the fridge.
