Pear, hazelnut & chocolate crumble (gluten-free)

Make a delicious gluten-, dairy-, and egg-free dessert with ripe pears for natural sweetness, no pre-cooking needed.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml hazelnuts
  • 33.60 gm coconut oil
  • 46.20 gm buckwheat flour (see Note)
  • 95g no added sugar chocolate, finely chopped
  • 6 ripe pears, peeled, cored, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
  • Pulse hazelnuts until coarsely chopped. Reserve 1/4 cup. Process the rest until fine breadcrumb texture. Combine in a large bowl with coconut oil, flour, and chocolate. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spread pear evenly among four 1 1/4-cup ovenproof ramekins (12cm base, 16cm top). Top with hazelnut crumble mixture. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
