Pear and cherry jam galettes

Create a stunning French dessert spread in minutes with these quick tips!
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, partially thawed
  • 40.00 ml cherry berry jam
  • 1/2 x 410g can pear slices in fruit juice, drained, halved (see note)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 240C (220C if using a fan-forced setting) and line a spacious baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Divide the pastry sheet into 4 equal squares, leaving a 1.5cm border around the edges. Spread each pastry square with jam, leaving a border. Arrange sliced pears on top of each square, slightly overlapping them. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake until golden and puffed, around 7 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
