Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken tenderloins, trimmed of excess fat
  • 4.60 gm olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 1 butter lettuce, leaves separated, washed, dried
  • 4 celery sticks, diagonally sliced thinly
  • 3 beuree bosc pears, core removed, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 avocado, halved, stone removed, peeled, sliced
  • 125g dijonnaise
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the chicken with oil and generously season with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let it cool and then slice each tenderloin diagonally in half.
  • Arrange the chicken, lettuce, celery, pears, and avocado evenly in individual serving bowls.
  • Combine the dijonnaise, honey, and 1 tablespoon of boiling water and whisk until smooth. Then, drizzle the dressing over the salad to enjoy a flavorful meal.
