Pear and grapefruit salad with wine-honey dressing

Elevate your family gathering with a refreshing salad of grapefruit, pears, and tangy feta.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ruby grapefruit (see note)
  • 1 butter lettuce, leaves torn
  • 2 beurre bosc pears, thinly sliced
  • 200g feta
  • 82.50 gm sparkling white wine, chilled
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 35.10 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions:
  • Peel and trim grapefruit, then slice into thin rounds while saving the juice.
  • In a large bowl, toss together juicy grapefruit, crisp lettuce, and ripe pears. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Prepare the wine-honey dressing: Combine wine, oil, honey, mustard, garlic, and reserved grapefruit juice in a jug. Whisk together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and toss delicately to mix. Enjoy!
