Maple-sweetened pear cobbler with buttery cinnamon oat topping - a perfect fall treat.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pears, cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Coat pears with lemon juice in a bowl, then spread them in a 9x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of melted butter; toss to combine.
  • Combine oats, brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl until you have a crumbly mixture. Then, sprinkle it over the pear mixture.
  • Cook until the crust turns golden brown and the pears are soft, approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
