Peas and beans with minted garlic butter

Enhance any meal with these flavorful buttered peas and beans.
Ingredients:
  • 25g butter, softened
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 500.00 ml frozen peas
  • 200g green beans, trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix butter with fresh mint in a bowl and let it sit.
  • 1. Boil water in a saucepan over high heat. Cook peas, beans, and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Drain and return to the pan. Crush garlic, mix with butter, and add to peas and beans. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat. Serve garnished with mint.
