Quick and delicious pecan chicken salad made with leftover chicken, herbs, celery, and creamy dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Park Hill maple pepper (such as Savory Spice Shop®)
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, vinegar, garlic powder, thyme, and maple pepper until smooth. Stir in chicken, celery, pecans, and red onion until fully mixed.
  • Enjoy right away or chill in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days.
