Pecan Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Indulgent chocolate and abundant pecans create irresistibly decadent drop cookies!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® spread
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chopped pecans, toasted and cooled completely
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the spread and sugars together in a large bowl for 4 minutes. Add vanilla and egg, then beat in flour, baking soda, and salt on low speed. Finally, stir in pecans and chips.
  • Using a rounded tablespoon, place dough onto ungreased cookie sheet with 2 inches of space in between. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges turn golden, being careful not to overbake. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack right away.
