Easy pecan pie recipe with no corn syrup for a perfectly set and creamy filling.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions:
  • Prepare all your fresh, high-quality ingredients for a culinary masterpiece.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400°F (205°C).
  • In a large bowl, vigorously whisk eggs until frothy. Stir in melted butter. Add brown sugar, white sugar, and flour; continue whisking until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in milk and vanilla, followed by pecans.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pie shell and elegantly adorn the top with pecan halves.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake until the filling is fully set, for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
