Sautéed red and yellow bell peppers with red onions and garlic tossed with penne for a vibrant pasta dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 red onions, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic, red bell peppers, and yellow bell peppers in oil for 10 minutes until tender. Drizzle this flavorful vegetable mixture over cooked pasta before serving.
