Quick and budget-friendly sausage and penne dish ready in just 20 minutes for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 375g penne rigate
  • 600g sausage
  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml parsley, finely chopped
  • 175g (1 cup) kalamata olives
  • 5.00 gm Italian seasoning mix
  • Shaved parmesan, to serve
  • Cracked black pepper, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil the pasta in a saucepan of salted water according to package instructions until just tender. Drain and transfer back to the pan.
  • In a hot non-stick pan, cook the sausages for 8-10 minutes, rotating occasionally, until fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and slice into 2cm-thick pieces.
  • Combine the sausage, tomato, parsley, olives, and McCormick Pasta and Pizza Blend with the pasta, gently mix until well combined. Serve in individual bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan, season with McCormick Cracked Pepper, and enjoy right away.
