Velvety pink vodka sauce infused with rich tomato, vodka, and garlic flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dry penne pasta
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pint heavy cream
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil with a pinch of salt. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a large skillet, sizzle garlic in butter until fragrant. Splash in vodka and simmer for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted. Gently pour in heavy cream and heat through. Toss the creamy sauce with hot pasta.
