Decadent pecan fudge with creamy caramel notes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package light brown sugar
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions:
  • Butter the wax paper and neatly line a 9-inch square pan.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix brown sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Boil until temperature reaches 234-240 degrees F (112-116 degrees C), approximately 10 minutes. Take off the heat, add marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and chopped pecans. Pour into prepared pan, cool, and slice into squares.
