Creamy and spicy corn and chili dish with cream cheese and butter - indulgently delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn kernels
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cream cheese and butter in a saucepan until melted. Stir in evaporated milk, corn, and green chilies. Transfer mixture to an 8x8 inch pan.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
