Transform Betty Crocker™ brownie mix into festive, chewy mint Christmas cookies effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix, sifted
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup Andes peppermint crunch baking chips
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a sheet of cooking parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Remove the chocolate pouch from the brownie mix box.
  • Combine sifted brownie mix, melted butter, and egg in a large bowl, mixing until smooth. Gently fold in peppermint crunch baking chips and semisweet chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into balls the size of a tablespoon and place them on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cookies puff up, crack slightly, and have a shiny appearance. Allow them to cool completely.
  • Combine the chocolate from the brownie mix pouch with sifted powdered sugar in a small bowl. Drizzle this delicious mixture over the cooled cookies and allow it to set for 30 minutes.
