Homemade spicy pepperoni breadsticks: Easy to make and perfect for dipping.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni (2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Combine Bisquick, cold water, and pepperoni until a dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Transfer the dough onto a Bisquick-dusted surface; gently roll and coat with Bisquick. Knead 5 times.
  • Roll out the dough into a 10-inch square, then cut it in half. Next, slice each half crosswise into 14 strips. Twist the ends of the strips in opposite directions, then lay them on an ungreased cookie sheet, pressing the ends onto the sheet to secure them. Finally, generously brush the strips with butter and sprinkle on the cheese.
  • Bake until light golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Heat pizza sauce until hot. Serve warm breadsticks with sauce for dipping.
